About Our Speakers


Quinn Bui, National Sales Manager, RUPT

Quinn is a 2023 Rising Star recognized as the coolest business traveler in promo by PPAI (Promotional Products Association International). He has been with RUPT since the company’s grand reveal at the PPAI EXPO 2024.


Quinn has played a major role in regional associations, having served on the board and as president of RMRPPA (Rocky Mountain Regional Promotional Products Association) and currently serving on the PMANC (Promotional Marketing Association of Northern California) board on the marketing and RRC committee. His journey into the industry began in 2013 with Tropico Imports, where his passion for promo ignited. He has held various roles, including distributor, Territory Manager at Raining Rose, and Multi-Line Representative with N9ner Marketing. Presently, he proudly serves as the National Sales Manager at RUPT, continuing to thrive in an industry he is deeply passionate about.


Known for his travels in his campervan with his dog DinDin, Quinn explores breathtaking destinations like secluded beaches, mesmerizing national parks, and unexpected waterfalls. He embraces a nomadic lifestyle, enjoying hiking, nature, music and photography. 



Kevin Walsh, CAS, President at Showdown Displays


Kevin Walsh has led an impressive career as a business leader and strategist in the Promotional Products industry for more than 35 years.

Serving as the President of Showdown Displays, Kevin devotes his time toward strategic planning, talent acquisition, innovation, and stewarding the company culture and values. Through his commitment to this role, he has been a driving force in growing Showdown Displays to become the largest provider of portable displays in North America and the #8 Top supplier in PPAI’s 2024 Top 100 listing. Kevin’s vision, and Showdown Displays’ success, personify both the entrepreneurial spirit and the evolving nature of the promotional industry.

Kevin joined Showdown Displays in 2011 originally as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, helping to form the strategy and build the team, brand, and organization. Prior to Showdown, Kevin has held senior leadership roles in operations, product development, marketing, and sales for Wrangler Jeans & Shirts, VF Imagewear/RedKap, LeePrintwear and New Buffalo Shirt Factory/ProPlayer.

Throughout his career Kevin has completed presentations at featured industry events to audiences in the thousands and has also been featured in several well-known industry publications, including Wearables Magazine, The Press, and Promo+Promo Magazine. Most recently, he was recognized by Counselor Magazine in its’ Power50 ranking, as #11 of the most influential members in the promotional industry.

Kevin has been a proud member of the PPAI Board of Directors since 2020 and is currently serving as the Immediate Past Chair, as well as a member of the PPAI Executive Committee.

Through that journey, he counts his greatest accomplishments, being a loving husband to his high school sweetheart and a dedicated dad to two fantastic kids.


Josh Pospisil, Vice President of Business Development, AIA


Joshua Pospisil has been in the industry for 10 years, or a decade as he likes to say. He got his start at KTI Promo, a supplier focusing on tech products in Houston, TX. Joshua started as a Marketing Associate with a promotion to Marketing Manager within 6 months. After attending his first PPAI Expo, Joshua fell in love with the promo Industry. Shortly after his first Expo, Joshua was then promoted to Sales & Marketing Manager at KTI Promo, where stayed for about 8 years. Joshua then made his move to HIRSCH, a top 40 supplier in Promo, as the Key Accounts Manager in June of 2021. After about a year, Josh was promoted to National Accounts Manager where he continued to fine tune his skills, while building long lasting customer relationships/friendships. In January of 2024, Joshua made the decision to leave HIRSCH and join the nationally recognized AIA Corporation to become the new Vice President of Business Development. The AIA community/bond is very strong and Joshua loves how AIA truly embraces everyone. Joshua loves being granted the opportunity to lead/coach a team and help build relationships from the ground up.

During his time in promo, Joshua has volunteered with PromoKitchen, is a past president of HPPA, and has been a board/committee member for both RAC and RRC. In 2023 & 2024, Joshua was ranked #2 & #15 on the Online 18 for your top people to know in promo, as well as having the opportunity to speak at PPAI’s North American Leadership Conference

Joshua loves promo in and out and can’t imagine working in any other industry. He is an avid lover of all things PINK, and does his best to spread as much kindness as possible, not just in promo, but to anyone he comes in contact with. In his free time, Joshua loves to spend time with his 2 kids, 2 dogs, and his close friends and family. Joshua tries to stay as active as possible when he is not traveling for work but does love time to just sit and take in the latest scary movie.


Jill Rogers, Director of Sales and Business Development, Ideation


Jill initially pursued a career in IT, interning at Symantec for two years while studying Business Administration at Oregon State University. After graduating, she worked full-time at Symantec but soon realized that her long-term career goals didn't align with the IT industry. She then transitioned to the healthcare sector, becoming a Program Manager.

Jill made a career move in 2011 when she entered the Promotional Products Industry, working alongside her father as a multi-line supplier representative. With her education, diverse work experience, and the skills passed down from her veteran father, she thrived in the industry for 14 years, working on both the supplier and distributor sides.

Currently, Jill is the Director of Sales & Business Development at Ideation Promotions & Apparel. In this role, she manages the sales team, oversees daily operations, and supports training and development efforts while expanding their client base.

Jill's expertise in the field has led to numerous accomplishments, such as leading the launch of Trimark apparel in the US for the Pacific NW and temporarily Northern Cal territories while working with PCNA. She was recognized for her overall territorial growth and team leadership, earning the title of PCNA's Rep of the Year in 2019.

From 2012 to 2014, Jill served on the NWPMA Board of Directors and organized the NWPMA Fall Showcases in Portland, Oregon. In 2014, she was honored as one of PPAI's Rising Stars, acknowledging her dedication to the industry. That same year, she represented the industry at PPAI L.E.A.D., engaging with legislators to discuss the impact of policies on promotional product businesses.

Jill is passionate about redefining the industry beyond "trinkets and trash" and fostering meaningful connections between brands and people. She advocates for eco-friendly and sustainable products and business practices. Additionally, she actively explores the use of AI to enhance business efficiency.
