Trends, Targets & Techniques 1 CAS

In an era of digital everything, marketers everywhere are turning to promotional products to connect with clients and consumers to cultivate passionate brand advocates through brand experiences. Promotional products, the only medium invited into spaces and places other media can’t touch, deliver the best reach, recall, response rates and return on investment for marketers and advertisers.
This session will feature evidence-based strategies, proven tactics and a fresh perspective on promotional marketing, as well as trends and techniques marketers are using to create measurable brand experiences, build communities and earn the trust and loyalty of clients and consumers.SPEAKER BIO: PPAI Regional Relations Manager Dana Geiger works with the 27 regional promotional products industry association Executive Directors and their Boards and provides training to enhance the regionals' effectiveness and viability. Dana directs content development for regional staff and volunteer leaders at the Leadership Development Workshop (LDW) and additional programs for the Executive Directors at The PPAI Expo. She is the staff liaison for the Regional Association Council (RAC) Board.

How to Handle a Recall 1 MAS
10am - 11am
This session will guide you through the development of recall policies and procedures. It will address decisions and essential issues relevant to the requirements of an appropriate recall response. This course qualifies as an elective under the Product Safety Aware program. Course required for MAS program. 1 CAS credit
SPEAKER BIO: Anne Stone is the PPAI Director of Advocacy and Member Engagement and is responsible for guiding its legislative and government relations efforts as well as overseeing the Association’s awards programs and volunteer engagement. Anne oversees the Association’s product responsibility programs including the development of industry best practices and the PPAI Product Responsibility Summit.
